Our meeting will be held at the residence of our Chair, Suzanne Sawyer, 4261 Macaulay Road. Please note that this is a change from our previous notice that the AGM would be held at Macaulay Heights Park – the weather forecast is not promising for an outdoor meeting. The Annual General Meeting is an important part of our yearly operations and this year we have a Special Resolution for members to vote on changing our bylaws as follows:
The Special Resolution is to add a category of ‘Supporting Members’ to our By-Laws, as a way for us to accommodate those who do not live in or own property in our catchment area, but would still like to be supportive of our efforts and keep informed.

PART 2 – MEMBERS
Application for Membership
All memberships are considered single. Each person seeking membership must pay the required fee and any other subscription or membership fee that may be set by the Board from time to time.
2.1 Voting Members: Any person living within or owning property within the Macaulay Road area of Black Creek, who uses Macaulay Road to access their property may apply to the Board to become a member.
2.1.1 Supporting Members: Members who do not reside in or own property within the Macaulay Road catchment area may apply to become a non-voting member.
