The form below can be used to submit specific unsafe incidents that you have experienced or witnessed on our rural roads.
MRANA is using the information collected through these reports to help keep us informed about what people are experiencing on these roads and to demonstrate these lived experiences through our advocacy work.
Using this form is not meant to replace formal means of reporting to RCMP, or other official bodies, and we encourage you to also report unsafe incidents or hazards to them whenever possible (especially if you got a plate number).
